Attention to integrity in business

In Washington, this is called politics, or even campaign. In the business world we call marketing, or brand or positioning. It may seem or sound nice, but the instruction sheet of mission or brand must be supported by the behavior and actions that demonstrate integrity.
Perhaps the saga of Enron and MCI, or the most recent debacle Madoff have reduced the idea of integrity of a vague concept about the honesty and moral values. Integrity, however, goes beyond moral considerations individual to behave quite consistently. They are the guiding principles of your business. You are what you say and act accordingly if it is clearly defined and zero gaps.

Ralph Waldo Emerson captured the sense of integrity in very simple terms. “What do you talk so loud that I can not hear what he says.” To turn or twist a bit ‘of reflection, everyone knew Hunter Thompson was a jackal, but he had integrity. His words and actions are consistent and do not know what type and wander what you think. Forward and know what it is.

Thompson, side, which is to demonstrate the integrity of your company? Suppose you have very simple ideas and motivations of your business, and look at three main players “affected by your company. You, your employees and customers.
First, you have your specific interest, product or service, and created his company to make money. He is an honest and objective is not subject to demand. You are in business to earn a living.

Secondly, employees have the knowledge, wants to apply in a workplace want to make a decent living and fair trial. Once again, expectations goal honest and loyal.
Finally, customers want their expectations met or exceeded, preferably the latter. They want a product or service and want value. It ‘your money and your choice. Your company has demonstrated the kind of integrity that will appeal to that customer and keep your business?
