The benefits of a Plan-Do-check-act cycle (PDCA)

When Edward Deming built the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle (PDCA) in 1950, the basic principles centered on the concept of quality.

Although many decades have passed since the birth of this conceptual model, the principles that formed the basis of PDCA are still very important in environments of today, and when used can provide many benefits to society.

Because quality is a primary consideration when it comes to business, the PDCA cycle can be a very useful management tool for monitoring and quality assurance.
